Hi, I'm Gianfranco.
I'm Italian, I live in Haarlem, the Netherlands, and I have over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and web development.
I worked for many years in Milan, Italy, and then here in Amsterdam as a Digital Manager in the media and culture sector.

A solid background in technology developed earlier in my career grants me a competitive edge in my current focus: e-commerce growth, seo/geo, content marketing, and digital marketing in the broader sense.

During these past few years, I've helped online businesses, e-commerce websites, publishers and nonprofits develop the online marketing strategy and the technology that determine their success.

I speak both the language of marketing and technical jargon, which enables me to communicate effectively across different departments within a company.

My specialty is developing online brands in an original and recognizable way, both on their own website and on third-party platforms.

I have proven experience in developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to help it grow, including creating content to distribute via newsletters and social media.

I can also provide expert assistance with growing the website, both in terms of content and technical aspects, to improve visibility and positioning on search engines and AI chatbots/LLMs.

Proven experience

In 2025, my project Alle Italiaanse has welcomed more than 1,000,000 visitors, thanks to the authenticity of its tone and a great content marketing strategy.

Started as a blog, it is now a full-fledged e-commerce site, a brand recognized and loved by many in the Netherlands and Belgium, and has led me to become the author of a series of books, some of which I have also translated into English and sell outside Europe.
